We are seeking a Receptionist to serve on the front line of customer service, contributing to a welcoming and organized experience for clients, partners, and employees. Main Responsibilities * Provide in-person and telephone support, directing customers and visitors; * Greet partners, suppliers, and employees; * Coordinate meeting schedules and assist with meeting room management; * Support simple administrative tasks and maintain the reception area; * Receive and route correspondence and deliveries. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles; * Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organizational skills and courteous service attitude; * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite**. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in service-oriented companies or corporate environments; * Proficiency in public interaction and administrative routines.
