We are looking for a **Civil Engineer** to oversee **commercial construction projects across various states in Brazil**, closely monitoring all execution phases and ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and field organization. This role involves day-to-day construction management—from planning through final delivery—requiring dynamism, resilience, and strong practical involvement on-site. We seek a hands-on professional capable of guiding teams, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring delivery of high-standard projects. **Projects vary in duration and are located across different Brazilian states; therefore, availability for travel and mobility is essential.** The engineer is assigned to one project at a time, overseeing its execution until delivery, then transitioning to new projects. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Work **full-time on-site**, monitoring daily execution and ensuring site organization. * **Coordinate operational teams**, including foremen, supervisors, and service providers. * Monitor **construction phases (especially renovations and commercial projects)**, ensuring technical quality, safety, and schedule compliance. * Control **physical schedules, measurements, and material consumption**, supporting planning and execution. * Address **on-site issues and design adjustments**, interfacing with suppliers, clients, and technical teams as needed. * Prepare **construction status reports and updates**, providing field-based information to coordination and management. ### **Technical Requirements** * Degree in **Civil Engineering or related fields** * Practical experience in **construction projects and site routines** * Proficiency in **reading and interpreting construction drawings** * Basic knowledge of **planning, scheduling, and construction monitoring** * Practical field experience—even if not yet as sole responsible for an entire project * **Availability for travel and mobility to work on projects across various Brazilian states (mandatory)** **Desirable Qualifications (Differentiators)** ---------------------------------------- * Experience in **commercial construction projects** (offices, stores, or corporate environments) * Experience with **tight-schedule projects and clients with high expectations** * Experience managing **multiple suppliers and third-party teams** * Exposure to the **full construction lifecycle**, even with support from more senior professionals * Familiarity with various construction disciplines (**electrical, plumbing, finishes, or structural**) * Basic knowledge of **measurements or cost control** ### **Behavioral Profile** * **Practical, hands-on approach** * Strong **communication skills with construction teams** * **Proactivity** in resolving on-site issues * **Organization and sense of responsibility** * Firm stance in **project leadership and team management** * Adaptability to **diverse construction scenarios** ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Travel allowance * Profit-sharing program (PL) * Company car * Others Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
