Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — OMIE system knowledge is a plus. **Responsibilities:** Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing materials in the warehouse upon arrival of new items, ensuring control and availability. Assist in identifying, cleaning, packaging, categorizing, and storing materials, ensuring warehouse organization and integrity. Support the marketing team in developing guidelines and documents regarding material usage. Collaborate with marketing on planning materials for campaigns and events, reporting availability, assembling kits, and organizing shipments. Assist in inventory control, recording incoming and outgoing items and flagging replenishment needs. Support tracking material movement, documenting any damage occurring during transport or storage. Receive internal department requests for materials and distribute them according to internal demand. Assist in controlling material availability for packaging and guidelines.
