




**DESCRIPTION** --------------- The Senior Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the execution and outcomes of the technical training strategy for Amazon’s transportation operations in the states of RJ, MG, DF, and ES; contributing to operational excellence and business results impact. They will also be involved in planning, implementing, and monitoring training programs, supporting the upskilling of new operations and management within existing operations. They will collaborate with operational leaders to provide targeted training support addressing each operation’s specific challenges. Their responsibilities include mapping operational metrics and individual employee performance metrics to propose training solutions and maximize business outcomes. This is a 100% on-site position, preferably based in Rio de Janeiro (Taquara neighborhood), Belo Horizonte, or Contagem. Key job responsibilities * Execute the technical training strategy across Amazon’s transportation operations in Brazil, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence; * Deliver and monitor training programs for new operations launches as well as for existing operations; * Build strong partnerships with operational leadership and deliver tailored learning solutions for each opportunity; * Manage and develop a team of training leaders and training ambassadors; * Leverage business data and metrics to measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Proven experience in logistics operations, industrial operations, or operational excellence; * Familiarity with training schedules; * Problem-solving ability, multitasking capability, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Intermediate English proficiency; * Position is 100% on-site, preferably located in Rio de Janeiro (Taquara neighborhood), Belo Horizonte, or Contagem; * Willingness to travel: 30% (outside peak periods) and 60% (during peak periods and site openings).
