Experience with ISO 9001, continuous improvement, and supplier management The purpose of this role is to plan, implement, and maintain the company's management systems, ensuring process compliance, document organization, adherence to legal requirements… supplier qualification, and support for operational procurement—contributing to operational efficiency and audit readiness. Responsibilities include developing and controlling procedures, forms, and records; maintaining document management; monitoring KPIs; planning and overseeing audits; managing supplier qualification and evaluation; and executing operational procurement. Additionally, responsibilities involve contract control; tracking occupational health and safety legal requirements in coordination with the technical manager; and supporting training and controls. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field (in progress or completed), experience with management systems and document control, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and strong organizational skills. Experience in industrial laundry, manufacturing, or logistics; knowledge of ISO 9001, continuous improvement, and supplier management.
