Support and Implementation Analyst (ATS)

**Job Description:** This opportunity is to work in a team focused on implementing ATS solutions and delivering high-value solutions to customers. We are seeking a professional responsible for ensuring successful implementation, continuous support, quality assurance through rigorous testing, and technical representation of the solutions, thereby guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction. We implement and deliver our tailored solutions covering the entire HR journey—from candidate attraction, retention, screening, and selection. Our comprehensive solution enhances Recruitment and Selection processes, providing customers with an excellent user experience and business-driving solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** Plan and execute solution implementations according to customer specifications; Configure systems by performing required integrations and parameterizations; Conduct training sessions for end users and system administrators; Provide high-level technical support to resolve customer issues and inquiries; Maintain communication with customers to ensure efficient issue resolution; Document solutions and create troubleshooting guides for future reference; Develop and execute test plans to ensure functionality and quality of implemented solutions; Identify, report, and track resolution of bugs and failures; Collaborate with the development team to continuously improve product quality; Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing strategic consultation and support; Prepare implementation effort estimates; Gather and detail specific requirements not met by the native solution, demonstrating development feasibility and time estimation. **Requirements:** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Experience in system implementation and technical user support; Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences; Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration or related fields. **Benefits:** * Flexible Meal Card * Career Development Plan * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Totalpass * PET ASSISTANCE * Banked Hours
