With a specialized team, the company aims to deliver customized solutions for its clients. **Responsibilities:** Will work at a company in the field of Occupational Medicine and Safety, performing the following functions: Receive and locate forms related to admission, periodic, and dismissal examinations. Direct patients to examination and training rooms, ensuring proper flow within the unit. Perform financial closing for private appointments, verifying attendance reports, forms, and consultations, and forwarding information to the billing department for invoicing. Register and finalize consultations based on forms returned by physicians, performing data cleansing and system entries. Respond to e-mails, answer phone calls, filter incoming requests, and route them to the respective departments. Verify mandatory documentation attached to service contracts received by the commercial department. Register contracts in the clinic’s system based on sales made by the commercial department, according to standards established by the franchisor. Conduct file audits for complementary examinations, verifying whether employees attended to complete the Occupational Health Certificate (ASO). Update the clinic’s system upon formal client request received via e-mail, based on feedback from the Monthly Admission and Dismissal Report (RMAD), and send the updated report in response to the request. Identify and report all irregularities found to the immediate supervisor, so that appropriate corrective interventions may be implemented. Support certain examinations. Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Previous experience as Office Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
