Job Summary: Manage contracts, teams, schedules, and risks, ensuring quality and compliance with technical requirements, as well as contributing to proposal and procedure development. Effective interface with clients and suppliers to achieve results **Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with the technical requirements of contracts under your responsibility (technical scope, deadlines, resources, risks, safety, and quality), consistently pursuing continuous improvement. Manage work teams, assigning tasks according to project scope and team competencies, providing support during execution, monitoring outcomes, and assisting in addressing potential difficulties; Develop and monitor service delivery schedules; assess risks/impacts of service delivery strategies; request and monitor resource and team mobilization; Keep senior management informed about contract progress; serve as an interface between internal and external suppliers and clients; Develop strategies for preventing and/or resolving contract-related issues; manage performance indicators for contract monitoring; plan, evaluate, and control resources for contracts; Develop productivity indices and technical service specifications, including their respective measurement criteria; Request and deliver necessary training to work teams; Provide technical input for the development, review, and implementation of company work procedures; Conduct technical site visits and prepare technical proposals; attend meetings as requested by the client. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Surveying, or Technical Education in Construction, Roads, or related fields. * Valid driver's license (Class B) held for at least 2 years. * Knowledge of surveying, contract management, personnel management, and quality management.
