Remove impediments and foster team self\-organization. Resolve quality issues in the field, from root cause analysis to corrective actions and after\-sales support. Decompose and prioritize quality requirements for electrical and electronic components. Support implementation of the Quality Management System and monitor performance indicators. Promote collaboration among technical teams and other departments involved in projects. Previous experience as a Quality Specialist, Quality Coordinator, Quality Auditor, or Quality Engineer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
