The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the **design, sizing, implementation, and monitoring of exhaust, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems**, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, thermal comfort, and compliance with technical standards. **Main responsibilities:** * Design exhaust, ventilation, and refrigeration systems * Perform technical calculations (thermal load, airflow rate, pressure losses) * Size and specify equipment and materials * Monitor installations, commissioning, and field testing * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance * Ensure compliance with technical standards (ABNT, ASHRAE, NR’s) * Prepare technical reports and as-built documentation * Conduct technical visits and site supervision **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering * Active registration with CREA * Experience with exhaust and refrigeration systems * **Personal vehicle** * **Willingness to travel** * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP or similar) **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in industrial and commercial systems * Knowledge of cold rooms and industrial refrigeration * HVAC-related certifications **Desired competencies:** * Organization and responsibility * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * Strong communication and teamwork skills Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$3.000,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Work location: On-site
