"This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals." **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in food preparation; * Assist in pre-preparation and preparation of meals in the kitchen, dining rooms, and administrative pantries; * Taste preparations and verify presentation prior to serving; * Assist in verification, preparation, and pre-preparation for the following day; * Organize and sanitize areas where coffee, quick snacks in administrative pantries, and dining room meals will be served; * Handle food. * Perform meal distribution and related controls. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in this role. * Work schedule: 10:00 PM to 6:42 AM, Monday through Friday.
