With a focus on quality and innovation, it meets the specific demands of its customers. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing materials and equipment required for sewing. Perform simple sewing operations, such as attaching buttons, hemming, and straight stitching. Assist in assembling and organizing components to be sewn. Support identification and correction of potential defects in components. Keep the work area clean and organized. Follow guidance and instructions from the production supervisor. Meet company-established deadlines and targets. Maintain and care for sewing equipment. Support quality control of produced components.
