




Job Summary: Manage and monitor end-to-end import processes, including supplier negotiation, documentation, transportation, and legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced English proficiency (reading and writing) is mandatory Main Responsibilities: Manage and monitor end-to-end import processes. Contact and negotiate with international suppliers. Review and organize import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, etc.). Monitor shipping, international transportation, and customs clearance processes. Interface with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies. Control logistics costs, taxes, and import expenses. Track delivery deadlines and shipment status. Record processes and information in ERP systems and control spreadsheets. Prepare reports on import operations monitoring. Ensure compliance with customs and tax legislation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields. Experience with import processes and foreign trade routines. Knowledge of customs legislation and international logistics. Advanced English proficiency (primarily reading and writing). Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
