We currently have an opening for a Warehouse Supervisor/Analyst — a professional who will oversee inventory control activities for maintenance parts and components in the foundry warehouse. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the work team responsible for inventory control and management in the Foundry Warehouse; * Monitor compliance with organizational procedures, from receipt of parts and equipment, proper storage with correct item registration, allocation and movement, and recording of stock entries and exits via system; * Analyze material requests (SM) and requisitions (RM) to the warehouse, controlling relevant authorizations and applications; * Monitor and present departmental reports and KPIs; * Maintain control through analysis of periodic stock position and movement reports, as well as physical vs. system stock reconciliation; * Ensure accuracy of records and physical material control; formally report discrepancies in quantity, quality issues, and product integrity via reports; * Ensure 5S organization of the department and maintain updated files and relevant records; * Guarantee operational functionality of the department; * Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction; * Conduct cyclic and periodic inventories of the warehouse and storage areas to maintain inventory accuracy; * Record material non-conformities and report them to the department and foundry managers; Promote compliance with departmental quality requirements, such as SDS control, safe and compatible storage of products, FIFO routines, among others. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in related fields; * Experience in inventory management or approval by immediate supervisor; * Computer literacy. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Food basket; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Stationery; * Pharmacy; * Sesi Club; * Gyms; * Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Metalsider** is committed to being a responsible, ethical, and fair employer.
