





Description: High school diploma; Customer service experience is desirable. * Inform and guide beneficiaries of Unimed health plans belonging to the Unimed Atende Central by telephone regarding emergency and urgent care matters, including registration data, plan details, geographic coverage, healthcare segmentation, waiting periods, temporary partial coverage, accredited network, coverage under the ANS List of Procedures, reimbursement, formal denial notices, status of procedure authorizations, patient transfers, appointment scheduling via the online booking tool, procedure re-evaluations—all information contained in Unimed’s management system—while registering corresponding protocols in the Central’s management system; * Perform activities such as updating registration data, generating and sending duplicate payment slips (boletos), plan cancellation, usage statements and co-payments, IRRF/DIRF tax statements, and dispatching medical referral forms to beneficiaries of Unimed health plans belonging to the Unimed Atende Central, in accordance with established rules and scripts defined in Unimed’s management system, using Unimed’s management system and registering protocols in the Central’s management system; * Authorize medical procedures, reset passwords, and re-register procedures according to the rules established by Unimed health plans belonging to the Unimed Atende Central within Unimed’s management system or the authorization system used by those Unimeds; * Provide support to Unimed-accredited service providers; * Register complaints, compliments, reports, and other requests from beneficiaries of Unimed health plans belonging to the Emergency and Urgent Care Guidance Center (RN 395) and the Unimed Atende Central in the Central’s management system; * Handle requests originating from the WhatsApp tool available to beneficiaries of Unimed health plans contracted with the Unimed Atende Central; 251208020219674360
