Master the TOTVS Implementation Methodology **Description** Ensure delivery of the service contracted by the customer or group of customers under your responsibility, by mobilizing necessary resources to achieve established objectives (aiming for TOTVS’s financial results), ensuring efficient service management and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** Ensure communication and transparency regarding service and project results and issues to stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and status reports; Act as the service/project owner, being responsible for and maintaining relationships among involved areas (customers and other TOTVS departments) to enable resolution of project/service issues and address continuous process improvements; Perform efficient service management (high complexity, regardless of size, scope, or product line), ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, costs, and scope (managing revenue, costs, and expenses), as well as proactively identifying and addressing risks; Identify and develop potential successors, transferring technical, conceptual, and management tool knowledge; Collaborate closely with the commercial area to ensure a structured approach to project management, negotiations, and opportunities; Maintain a sharp focus on results versus cost (ROL, Margin, EBITDA) using project management tools (PSA); Adopt a commercial approach to offer customers new service solutions, ensuring ongoing revenue from new services at the customer site; Ensure achievement of targets, guaranteeing team productivity (time tracking), NPS, and project margins; Master the TOTVS Implementation Methodology, ensuring accurate delivery, proper project documentation, and adherence to the contracted scope. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Completed undergraduate degree; Planning and organization skills to define scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Risk management: identify, analyze, and mitigate risks. Knowledge of PMBOK methodologies. Stakeholder management: communicate, align expectations, and manage interests. Cost control: monitor budget and perform forecasting. Quality management: ensure deliverables meet requirements. Proficiency in MS Project and Excel. Willingness to work in a hybrid model.
