Job Summary: Responsible for project administration, leadership of diverse teams, and definition of methodologies to ensure successful project execution. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring end-customer satisfaction Responsibilities: * Project and Improvement Plan administration. * Organizing diverse work teams * Responsible for integrating all project members. * Will define, plan, and present projects. * Responsible for delivering assigned projects on time, within budget, within scope, and meeting expected quality standards. * Responsible for defining standards and methodologies for project execution, as well as monitoring their implementation. * Responsible for resource and execution timeline management. * Must document and support risk management for potential project risks. * Responsible for organizing all project procurements. * Responsible for establishing communication and ensuring proper project execution. * Responsible for ensuring end-customer satisfaction * Plan, coordinate, and prioritize team tasks, ensuring KPI-based control reporting and service delivery * Proactive activity tracking. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Administration * Experience managing large teams of over 50 people * Knowledge in: Customer Management, Conflict Resolution * Familiarity with standards and regulations governing telecommunications service provision. * Understanding of the telecommunications environment and business. * Proficiency in office software Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM On-site.
