Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, agile, and gastronomy-passionate individual to assist with food pre-preparation, dish finishing, and station organization, while ensuring food hygiene and safety. Your responsibilities will include: * **Pre\-preparation:** Washing, peeling, cutting, and grating food items as required. * **Chef Support:** Assisting with dish finishing and organizing cooking stations. * **Organization and Cleaning:** Maintaining workplace hygiene, utensil cleanliness, and inventory organization. * **Food Safety:** Strictly adhering to health surveillance regulations. * **Internal Logistics:** Receiving and verifying supplies. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Prior experience in kitchens (restaurants, snack bars, or buffets) is a plus. * Basic knowledge of food cutting techniques and handling. * **Proactive attitude:** Ability to anticipate needs during high-volume operations. * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays). * Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
