If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage low-, medium-, and high-complexity procurement portfolios, ensuring service levels and compliance. * Utilize artificial intelligence tools to support proposal analysis, negotiations, and data processing. * Conduct quotation processes, technical and commercial equalization, and strategic negotiations with suppliers. * Perform market analyses to identify opportunities for developing new suppliers and cost savings/reduction. * Monitor and act upon key departmental indicators (lead time, OTIF, savings, productivity). * Operate in compliance with internal regulations and Compliance policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proven experience in Procurement, preferably within medium- and large-sized companies. * Experience purchasing MRO materials. * Advanced Excel skills. * Power BI. * Experience with SAP (MM module). * Basic English proficiency. * Must reside in Guarapari, Anchieta, or Greater Vitória/ES. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **You stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to business (e.g., generative AI usage). * Familiarity with process automation (Power Automate, RPA, or similar tools). * Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing and Spend Analysis. * Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis. * Understanding of tax analysis applied to procurement. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Hybrid (Flex Office) * Work Location: Belo Horizonte/MG * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:19 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass partnership Educational institution discounts and partnerships * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
