Requirements: Completed high school education; Minimum age of 18 years; Previous customer service experience; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and typing proficiency; Empathy, positive attitude, effective conflict management, and results-oriented focus; Easy access to the South Zone.
