Carry out basic financial, administrative, accounting, inventory, personnel, accounts payable and receivable, reception, secretarial and other similar nature activities. Draft and type correspondence based on established standards, facilitating the flow of information within the company and with external parties. Answer and make internal and external calls, operating the company's telephone systems, holding, transferring to extensions and completing requested calls. Receive and analyze documentation, perform classifications and entries into administrative, accounting, financial, personnel, procurement, operational, reception, secretarial and other related control systems.
