Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams **Job Objective** Ensure accurate verification of incoming and outgoing goods, guaranteeing the accuracy of logistics processes. **Requirements:** * High school diploma completed * **Experience as a goods verifier** * Knowledge of invoices and cargo volumes * Attention to detail, organization, and responsibility * **Preferred experience using a WMS system in this role.** **Responsibilities:** * Verify the entry and exit of goods, ensuring quantity and quality match information recorded in documents. * Classify and organize products in inventory according to established criteria, facilitating efficient location and movement. * Maintain accurate records of goods received, stored, and shipped, using computerized systems or manual records as required. * Use codes, labels, or identification systems to ensure product traceability and easy location. * Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and other departments to ensure efficient communication regarding goods status. * Participate in—and occasionally lead—regular inventory activities to ensure inventory record accuracy. * Inspect physical quality of products, identifying damage or irregularities and reporting them appropriately. * Strictly follow safety procedures when handling products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. * Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on operational procedures, new products, and technologies.
