Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping and optimizing routes, managing fleet and documentation, planning reverse logistics, and analyzing operational indicators for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with route planning and transportation management. 2. Analysis of performance indicators and proposals for productivity improvement. 3. Continuous communication with stores, drivers, and operational teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Map and define optimized routes for deliveries and pickups, considering deadlines, costs, and operational efficiency. * Perform daily route planning for cargo loads and loading arrangements. * Assign vehicles and drivers according to demand, capacity, and cargo type. * Monitor vehicles en route, ensuring adherence to deadlines and operational safety. * Plan and oversee reverse logistics (returns and pickups) and inter-store transfers. * Monitor preventive and corrective fleet maintenance to ensure vehicle availability and safety. * Control vehicle and driver documentation. * Issue and verify fiscal and logistics documents (NF-e, MDF-e, waybills, manifests, and invoices). * Analyze operational indicators and data to propose improvements reducing costs and increasing productivity. * Identify logistical bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve operational flow. * Maintain continuous communication with stores, drivers, and operational teams. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Experience with route planning and transportation management. * Knowledge of fiscal document issuance and logistics processes. * Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with logistics management systems. **Desirable** * Experience in construction material distribution or less-than-truckload (LTL) freight. * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and tracking tools. * Basic understanding of transportation legislation and road safety regulations.
