**This position is for you if you have:** * Experience in the business area and in the energy matrix; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Responsibilities and duties** **Core functions:** * Perform all activities in accordance with operational procedures and regulatory documents, complying with SSMAQ (Safety, Security, Health, Environment, and Quality) requirements; * Continuously monitor the control panel and operational parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, vibration) of compressors and their auxiliary systems (cooling, lubrication, sealing); * Safely start up and shut down gas compressors, following specific sequences and procedures; * Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify abnormal noises, leaks (gas, oil, water), and other anomalies; * Perform operational maneuvers on valves, blowdown devices, and gas lines to isolate equipment or redirect flow; * Collect lubricating oil or gas samples for laboratory analysis according to established frequency; * Support and provide technical assistance to specialized maintenance teams during preventive and corrective interventions; * Perform first-level maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, simple adjustments, replacement of easily accessible filters); * Manage and operate the drainage and effluent/condensate treatment system at the compression station; * Read meters and instruments to record operational data (logbook); * Actively participate in training sessions, Fire Emergency Drills, and Safety Meetings; * Report Unsafe Acts and Near Misses, and respond to emergency situations (fire fighting and first aid) after completing brigade training; * Implement 5S (Organization, Cleanliness, Discipline, Standardization, and Sustaining) practices in your assigned area; * Mentor new operations assistants in practical on-the-job learning; * Comply with internal policies and the Code of Conduct; * Fulfill any additional requests from the manager related to this position. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Education level:** Completed high school education. * **Knowledge:** Basic principles of gas compression; ability to read and interpret P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams); awareness of safety practices in hazardous areas (explosion, gas). * **Experience:** Operation of large rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, turbines) or experience in the oil & gas industrial environment. * **Desirable:** Vocational or technical training in Oil & Gas, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. **Additional information** * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Life insurance; * Alelo Multi-Benefits Card.
