During the talent pool validity period, candidates may be called for vacancies in other units within the same region, with possible changes in benefits, schedules, or working hours, as required. What We Expect From You? Desired Profile: * Mandatory academic qualification: Completed Bachelor's or Full Teaching Degree in Physical Education. * Main responsibilities: Assess clients' physical condition through physical tests and health estimations; Develop customized and adapted physical training plans aligned with clients' needs and goals; Guide clients on correct exercise execution and proper use of gym equipment; Monitor and track clients' progress throughout the training process; Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their health and fitness goals; Identify and correct postural and movement issues that may affect clients' health; Teach stretching techniques to prevent injuries; Prescribe rehabilitation exercises for clients who have sustained injuries; Serve clients across different age groups and fitness levels; Stay updated on new trends and advancements in physical activity. * Required experience: Minimum of 6 months of documented experience in the field. Experience in occupational gymnastics is desirable. * Desired: Basic computer literacy. * Technical competencies: Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, and nutrition; Ability to prescribe appropriate exercises and physical activities tailored to clients' needs and goals; Skill to assess clients' physical condition and identify postural and movement issues; Knowledge of proper use of gym equipment and exercises; Ability to assess injury risk and prescribe rehabilitation exercises. * Flexibility and availability: Required for travel.
