




Job Summary: The Industrial Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing the maintenance strategy, ensuring high asset availability, reliability, and safety, with a focus on results and development. Focus on operational results and people development We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing the industrial maintenance strategy, ensuring high asset availability, reliability, and safety, with a focus on operational, financial results and people development, in compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities (Duties) **1\. Asset Management and Maintenance Strategy** Define and implement the industrial unit's maintenance strategy. Ensure asset reliability, availability, and integrity. Drive the evolution from corrective to preventive, predictive, and RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance). Plan and coordinate scheduled shutdowns and critical interventions. Support asset modernization, expansion, and improvement projects. **2\. Planning, Costs, and Control** Control costs and optimize resources without compromising safety and performance. Prioritize investments based on risk analysis, criticality, and return. Ensure effective planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. **3\. People and Contract Management** Lead multidisciplinary technical teams. Develop team members' technical and behavioral competencies. Manage maintenance contracts and suppliers. Ensure appropriate sizing of internal and third-party teams. **4\. KPIs, Analysis, and Reporting** Define, monitor, and analyze maintenance performance indicators. Lead root cause analyses (RCA \- Root Cause Analysis) and action plans. Report results, risks, and needs to leadership. **5\. Safety, Quality, and Compliance** Ensure compliance with SSMA / HSE \- (Safety, Health, and Environment) or HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) standards — terms referring to a set of policies and practices. Ensure legal, technical, and corporate standard compliance. Act as a safety leader and best-practices reference. Participate in and lead internal and external audits. **6\. Business Integration** Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance. Manage priority conflicts with a business-objectives focus. Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. Knowledge of Industry 4\.0 and advanced predictive maintenance. Experience in audits and global projects. **Success Metrics for the Role** Increased asset availability and reliability.
