Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance of equipment, ensuring mechanical availability and final product quality, with a focus on cost optimization. Focusing on product quality and cost minimization Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance of equipment by inspecting, repairing, and assembling damaged mechanical parts to achieve optimal final product quality and cost minimization. Responsible for executing the preventive maintenance plan (industrial and building) and ensuring maximum mechanical availability of the equipment/unit. Read and record collected equipment data—monitored by maintenance—into spreadsheets; perform corrective mechanical maintenance tasks in administrative and infrastructure areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance of equipment by inspecting, repairing, and assembling damaged mechanical parts to achieve optimal final product quality and cost minimization. Responsible for executing the preventive maintenance plan (industrial and building) and ensuring maximum mechanical availability of the equipment/unit. Read and record collected equipment data—monitored by maintenance—into spreadsheets; perform corrective mechanical maintenance tasks in administrative and infrastructure areas. * Perform preventive/corrective maintenance of mechanical machines and equipment installed in production sectors, as per scheduled plans and/or service requests issued; * Carry out mechanical adjustments, replace damaged parts, inspect, fabricate, and repair components and other related activities, as required; * Evaluate and implement maintenance plans (preventive and corrective) for equipment used in industrial waste valorization—Class I and Class II—to continuously improve operations and optimize costs; * Perform corrective mechanical maintenance tasks in administrative and infrastructure areas; * Consult technical manuals, interpret drawings, projects, and catalogs; * Work in accordance with technical standards and procedures, quality, safety, and demonstrate mastery of area-specific technical knowledge; * Monitor maintenance indicators and submit related requests to the manager; * Assess spare parts requirements and inform the manager; * Perform related tasks upon request from immediate supervisor; * Complete service requests accurately according to services performed; * Conduct equipment readings and monitoring; * Carry out activities in areas with potential exposure to flammable, combustible, or oxidizing chemicals during tank maintenance; * Perform maintenance on mobile equipment such as forklifts and excavators, and operate them when necessary, provided proper certification and authorization are held; * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of the maintenance area and equipment. * Perform various tasks at heights exceeding 02 meters where fall hazards exist; * Perform tasks in confined spaces; * Perform tasks in areas storing flammable and combustible waste; * Participate in EPAE teams (Emergency Response Teams), carrying out assigned operational tasks to support required emergency response efforts; * Remain vigilant regarding unsafe acts or conditions in internal or third-party teams, reporting and/or taking preventive actions per institutional instructions received; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, at the discretion of the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering; * Promptness, focused attention, interest, excellent physical fitness, initiative, discipline, teamwork spirit, and strong interpersonal relationship skills; * Prior experience of 1 year in related operational activities is desirable. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym assistance * Pharmacy assistance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Birthday day off #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
