Job Summary: The Maintenance Planner organizes and schedules work orders, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and support to technical teams for safety and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. The Maintenance Planning and Scheduling area’s mission is to ensure maximum industrial asset availability and reliability through structured planning of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, guaranteeing proper prioritization, resource allocation, backlog control, and adherence to the maintenance plan. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for strategically organizing and scheduling work orders, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and support to technical teams’ execution—directly contributing to unit safety, quality, and productivity outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and schedule weekly and daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. * Ensure correct prioritization of work orders based on asset criticality and production impact. * Control and monitor maintenance backlog, proposing actions to balance the workload. * Track planning adherence (actual vs. planned) and generate performance reports. * Update and maintain technical asset records in the maintenance management system (CMMS/SAP). * Ensure all scheduled work orders have defined technical scope, standard time, required resources, and available materials. * Coordinate with warehouse to ensure parts and supplies are available prior to scheduling. * Support analysis of recurring failures by providing historical data and KPIs. * Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, preventive task completion rate, maintenance cost, and rework index. * Participate in routine meetings (daily, weekly, monthly), presenting KPIs and plan status. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education, preferably in Electronics, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, and/or Automation. * Experience in industrial maintenance planning/scheduling. * Practical experience with maintenance management systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Totvs or similar). * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, KPIs, data control). * Understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance concepts. * Basic knowledge of maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, plan adherence). * Willingness to work onsite at the facility. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Automation or related fields). * Knowledge of PDCA or SDCA methodology. * Experience implementing maintenance plans. * Knowledge of RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance). * Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools. * Experience in large-scale industrial environments. * Knowledge of maintenance cost control. * Technical English for reading manuals. * PCM certification. **Additional Information** **Tigre Work Style**: Onsite **Work Location**: Escada - PE **Working Hours**: 07:30 - 17:18 **We care about our Feras’ well-being and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Corporate citizenship: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
