**Position**: General Services Assistant (GSA) **Location**: Muribeca, Jaboatão dos Guararapes - PE **Responsibilities**: * Use, under supervision, appropriate tools and equipment for each type of task, including work at heights, wearing required safety accessories in compliance with current legislation; * Assist in building maintenance services, including electrical, hydraulic, and carpentry work within the company's premises, according to demand and immediate supervision guidance; * Clean and organize areas where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, sweeping, and eliminating waste and stains; * Perform basic carpentry, woodworking, and plumbing tasks; * Carry out work at heights following safety regulations for maintenance and repair of roofs, gutters, building facades and interiors, fixing and renovating building installations, replacing light bulbs, among others; * Sweep and clean the company yard and other areas, collecting garbage and debris; * Cleaning and maintenance of all company areas, including M/F restrooms, administrative offices cleaning, collection of common waste, perform grass cutting using trimmer or other tools, collaborating with other coworkers. **Requirements:** * High school diploma preferred **Benefits:** Health Insurance + Dental Insurance + Life Insurance + Meal Benefit + Partnerships
