Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct inventory audits as requested by the performance team; * Receive, verify, and load/unload products according to receiving or shipping procedures; * Verify products against picking lists and release them for loading; * Load the correct quantity of products based on vehicle capacity; * Release vehicles only after proper verification and driver’s signature on the accompanying invoice; * Forward the driver-signed invoice along with vehicle release documentation to the administrative department for archiving; * Support the warehouse supervisor; * Verify that physical quantities match those stated on the invoice; * Organize the dock for vehicle reception according to arrival order and establish priorities; * Ensure accurate material addressing upon receipt; * Receive order-picking requests and distribute them among pickers and forklift operators; * Assign necessary assistants for truck unloading and loading as required; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of docks and the internal area of the distribution center (DC); * Perform other related duties within your scope of work. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Minimum experience as an inventory checker or in similar roles; * Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and material handling; * Profile with strong communication, organizational, and focused-attention skills; high attention to detail; commitment; proactivity; and teamwork. 2512130202201861799
