Responsibilities and Duties * Participate in the planning and development of new products, collaborating with research and marketing teams; * Conduct market analysis and monitor trends to identify development opportunities; * Assist in preparing technical and functional product specifications; * Conduct product testing and evaluations, collecting feedback and improvement suggestions; * Support standardization of processes and documents related to product development; * Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality, to ensure the viability and success of developed products; * Monitor the product lifecycle, proposing continuous improvements based on performance and market acceptance; * Perform other related tasks within your area of expertise. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Mechanical Engineering, Product Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of product development processes; * Skills in market and competitive analysis; * Prior experience supporting product development activities; * Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies; * Ability to work in teams, strong communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn. 2512040202181846166
