Job Summary: Manage logistics operations, coordinate teams, ensure safety and quality, and optimize internal and external processes through reports and metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency **Job Responsibilities:** Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) and ensure compliance with receiving, warehousing, stock management, order picking, shipping, distribution, and inventory processes, in accordance with material handling and storage standards. Coordinate the operational team and mobilize personnel for operations. Complete internal documentation and controls, generate logistics reports, and monitor key performance indicators. Supervise financial accountability of operations and provide daily reports to leadership. Support external operations and provide feedback to the team. Ensure implementation of safety measures and proper use of PPE. Adhere to company quality policies and prepare operational reports and KPIs. Manage SLAs for services delivered (internal and external), monitor and resolve discrepancies, and ensure personal hygiene, product hygiene, equipment hygiene, and workplace cleanliness, fostering a safe and efficient environment for all.
