




Job Summary: A professional responsible for sourcing and negotiating with food suppliers to ensure continuous supply and profitability, managing procurement and inventory operations. High-volume procurement management Experience in identifying top-tier food suppliers, negotiating pricing and quality to guarantee continuous supply of food ingredients, acting as the interface between the company and the market. * **Product Selection:** Analyze customer profiles, market conditions, and consumption trends to determine selection and procurement of food products that add value and generate profit. * **Supplier Negotiation:** Source, request quotations from, and negotiate with suppliers on optimal pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and product quality. * **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels, ensure continuous supply of strategic products, and prevent stockouts or overstocking. * **Supplier Management:** Evaluate supplier performance, review the supplier portfolio, and identify new partnership opportunities. * **Order Tracking:** Monitor order shipment and delivery, verifying received quantities and product quality. * Experience in retail food procurement. * Solid experience in high-volume procurement management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strategic negotiation and supplier relationship skills. * Experience in structuring and improving procurement processes. * Analytical capability and proficiency in cost control tools.
