Because here, we don’t just hire for roles—we invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support and monitor activities related to the Inbound process: * Support coordination in people management within the area, contributing to individual and collective development; * Manage work schedules and shifts, making adjustments as required by the department; * Approve timekeeping records of third-party employees; * Monitor billing for services provided to Inbound and creation of purchase orders in Coupa. * Monitor and analyze individual and departmental targets on a monthly basis; * Monitor the KPI for CAP and UL Other Inbound documentation; * Report KPI for freight FOB invoice documentation; * Report KPI for import invoice documentation; * Report Invoice Cancellation; * Control rejected invoices; * Control untimely cancellations; * Monitor and handle IHD Tickets. * Monitor Repair Control; * Validate and receive materials for PI, NPI, Fixed Assets, and imports; * Address possible irregularities within the IST Portal process; * Analyze and resolve GRIR cases assigned to the Inbound teams; * Coordinate with factory responsible parties on pending GRIR items; * Weekly dissemination of pending GRIR items via PowerBI; * Document fiscal entries for CFOPs under exception; * Manage and release fiscal documents related to other inbound flows; * Control and archive fiscal documents in IrounMountain; * Receive and send notifications and summonses to the Tax team; * Respond to audits and inspections; * Perform third-party receipts: Migo, Technical List Consumption, and Miro; * Execute third-party-related coverage activities: * Invoice issuance; * Implement FIFO control jointly with the Inbound team; * Support interface areas: Procurement, Ultralogistik, Planning, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Costing, Comex, Third Parties, Tax, P2P, Capgemini, and others; * Participate in and support project coordination impacting the receipt flow; * Ensure your area operates safely, in accordance with Company standards and local legislation; * Understand and apply factory quality, health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring requirements are maintained within your area; * Analyze and resolve issues identified in inventory processes; * Collaborate with coordination to manage the budget for each location; * Execute tasks per procedures and instructions of your work area, adhering to organizational policies, objectives, goals, and performance standards; * Use recommended PPE for each area where you work, and collaborate in its specification and testing; * Participate in emergency plan simulations; * Perform duties in accordance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards defined in Company policies. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity. * Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks; proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree / Technical degree in Administration **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
