




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of products during transportation, complying with sanitary legislation and regulations, and ensuring the updating of documents and procedures. Ensure compliance with Good Transportation Practices PART-TIME POSITION \- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Responsible for complying with and enforcing sanitary legislation, regulations, and procedures related to logistical activities of products (medicines, pharmaceutical inputs, cosmetics, sanitizers, health-related/correlate products, and non-perishable foods), aiming to ensure product integrity and quality throughout transportation until final destination. Responsible for applying to ANVISA, municipal sanitary surveillance, and regional pharmacy councils for legal documents and licenses; maintaining current, updated licenses visibly displayed and readily accessible for inspection. Identify technical and/or infrastructure adjustments required by the establishment to comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Transportation Practices. Responsible for ensuring that manuals of good practices, records, plans, written procedures, and documents related to collection, receipt, storage, packaging, dispatch, inventory management, and transportation are developed, controlled, distributed, and updated, observing updated regulatory references governing the activity, the logistics model employed, and product classification. Responsible for ensuring that standardized instructions are available to all personnel involved in collection, receipt, storage, packaging, dispatch, inventory management, and transportation of products, and are reviewed according to each establishment’s procedure, or whenever necessary, annually or whenever procedural changes occur. Responsible for organizing, supervising, providing technical support, and offering technical guidance on procedures involved in collection, receipt, storage, packaging, dispatch, inventory management, and transportation—regardless of the transportation modality—to ensure product identity, integrity, quality, efficacy, and safety. Responsible for conducting training sessions for staff on procedures and periodically delivering training to all personnel involved in collection, receipt, stock management, logistical storage, preservation, and transportation of products, establishing evaluation mechanisms to ensure staff technical qualification. Responsible for assisting and responding to customer requests. Responsible for implementing a supplier qualification program for products and services related to the establishment’s activities under their responsibility that may impact product quality; requiring received products to meet technical and sanitary requirements regarding identity, integrity, and safety. Responsible for ensuring that, upon delivery, the aforementioned products—regardless of volume—meet technical and sanitary requirements regarding identity, integrity, and safety.
