Develop new products and innovate processes #### **About the Role:** * Lead high-complexity formulations and projects, applying technical expertise. Conduct critical investigations and guide less experienced chemists. Serve as a technical reference and strategic support for R&D. #### **Main Responsibilities:** Develop new products by structuring formulations to meet requirements according to established quality standards; Provide technical leadership, promote innovation, and contribute to high-impact decisions. Lead strategic new product development projects, defining technical pathways and formulation hypotheses. Represent the department in technical audits and conferences, staying updated on market trends. Reproduce paint prototypes, evaluating quality parameters and applicability while ensuring compliance with established standards. Submit new product structures for registration with immediate management. Reformulate existing products by adjusting formulations for continuous improvement in accordance with quality standards. Request experimental batches of reformulated products for industrial-scale validation. Collaborate with quality control to monitor product performance and identify potential anomalies. Perform necessary adjustments for product release. Conduct tests on raw materials to support the development of alternative suppliers. Collect, analyze, and compile indicators for presentation in results meetings.
