We are currently seeking top talent for the position of **Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor**. **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Responsible for all storage facilities and spare parts inventory at the terminal. * Lead and manage terminal storage facilities profitably. * Implement and apply APMT’s global warehouse and inventory management strategy. * Using a criticality-based approach, ensure optimal balance between spare parts availability and inventory cost to meet asset maintenance requirements. * Ensure all HSSE requirements are met regarding material storage and quality, and personnel safety within warehouse facilities. * Apply best practices and full utilization of the IFS CMMS system at the local terminal. * Provide expert knowledge on IFS CMMS best practices to all terminal functions and staff. * Support data quality across all IFS modules and ensure changes are made to maintain data quality and integrity in accordance with APMT’s global CMMS standards. **What talent are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Certifications in warehouse management, inventory management, or asset maintenance are advantageous. * Experience in operational asset maintenance or inventory management environments. * Experience extracting and manipulating digital data from CMMS systems and other integrated management systems. * Practical and analytical mindset, with ability to make efficient, data-driven decisions. * Knowledge of asset maintenance principles and processes, including understanding of their relationship with supply chain and operational requirements. * Structured, results-oriented profile with strong focus on effective and efficient task execution. * Strong communication skills, with ability to positively influence diverse internal and external stakeholders. * Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interactions in an international and multinational environment.
