Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Plan and fulfill daily demand generated by Supply Planning analyses, ensuring dispatch and receipt requests for finished goods are met within the plan, guiding and monitoring service providers during execution. Execute receipt and dispatch of finished goods, fulfilling demand requested by Transportation and Planning teams, replenishing inventory and distributing products to our customers. Consolidate and report departmental managerial information on a monthly basis. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety policies, and ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies. **Your Impact** * Ensure alignment between scheduling and execution of daily loading and dispatch demand, ensuring all loading requests are properly recorded in the daily trip schedule and consequently in internal loading prioritization controls. * Participate in monthly performance review meetings, delivering a brief presentation of key cell KPIs, analyzing results, and identifying action plans for targets below planned levels. * Support finished goods inbound processes for transfers from other facilities, updating the SAP system and making products available for movement. * Participate in monthly inventories, supporting the warehouse team in counting, reconciliation, and especially verifying that no systemic issues prevent inventory execution. * Ensure production line replenishment through physical movement and system-based allocation of production inputs for finished goods. * Monitor daily raw material returns, verifying and identifying returned batches. * Ensure all unloading activities are properly identified, entered into the SAP system, and stored. * Contribute to SOX procedure implementation by operations and ensure all documentation required for process validation testing is available upon audit request. * Consolidate key departmental KPIs monthly and report them to leaders and colleagues. * Control all CHEP pallet movements, conducting periodic inventories per company policy. * Prepare visual management materials and conduct 5-minute meetings. Qualifications: **Who We’re Looking For?** Education/Coursework: Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Engineering/Logistics (completed or in progress); Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency, including advanced Excel; SAP experience; Logistics experience.
