Key responsibilities * **Planning:** Develops and implements plans for loading and unloading operations, optimizing resource utilization. * **Team coordination:** Leads and manages the team responsible for goods handling, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * **Verification and control:** Supervises goods verification to ensure correct cargo composition and absence of damage, while also overseeing related documentation. * **People management:** Manages the team, including shift scheduling, vacation planning, and training implementation. * **Safety and compliance:** Ensures operations comply with laws, technical standards, occupational health and safety legislation, and environmental protection requirements. * **Inventory management:** Monitors material movement within inventory and oversees receiving, handling, storage, and dispatch activities.
