We are a distributor of parts and machinery for engine reconditioning, currently operating 18 stores across seven states in Northeastern Brazil, with approximately 120 direct employees. We are looking for an HR Analyst with a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile to support strategic and operational HR initiatives. This position requires an experienced professional possessing all relevant HR competencies. **Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding coordination. * Support and lead onboarding, integration, and orientation activities for new employees. * Identify training needs, design, and implement Training, Education, and Development (TED) initiatives. * Promote organizational culture, reinforcing company values and purpose. * Update and monitor HR metrics and dashboards (e.g., turnover, TED, employee engagement, etc.). * Develop HR controls and performance indicators. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Human Resources. * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management.
