WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Serve customers by providing information about products and services. Identify the nature of requests from internal and/or external customers, and assist them when necessary. * Forward bureaucratic matters, verify documentation required for service execution, direct customers to the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML), collect payment vouchers, and perform other tasks to complete customer service and forwarding to the wake facility. * Fill out forms and register information in the system. * Provide support services in interactions with HR, administration, finance, and logistics departments. * Assist management with routine administrative tasks. Organize various documents and departmental files, classifying them according to pre-established criteria and archiving them per departmental procedures. * Ensure proper use of office supplies, identify replenishment needs, and request purchases from the responsible person based on identified needs. * Assess material requirements and report them to the local manager.
