Fleet Supervisor

Description

* Primary objective of the supervisor: Ensure maximum fleet availability at the lowest possible operational cost, guaranteeing driver safety, compliance with legal regulations, and preservation of company assets.2\. Technical skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Technical courses in Automotive Maintenance are a significant advantage.Mechanical knowledge: In-depth understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance (engines, suspension, electrical and pneumatic systems).Tire management: Knowledge of tire life cycle control, retreading, and tread depth monitoring.KPI mastery: Ability to manage indicators such as TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), CPK (Cost per Kilometer), fleet availability, and average fuel consumption.Software: Experience with fleet management systems (ERP/TMS) and advanced Excel proficiency for reporting.Regulations: Knowledge of CONTRAN, ANTT regulations, and environmental/occupational safety legislation.3\. Profile:Leadership and Conflict Management: Ability to manage workshop teams and drivers, who often have markedly different profiles.Analytical mindset: Skill to identify breakdown patterns or excessive spending and propose data-driven solutions.Negotiation: Experience dealing with suppliers (parts, external workshops, insurance companies, and leasing companies).Resilience and agility: Ability to resolve crises rapidly (e.g., stranded vehicles or accidents) without compromising operational efficiency Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$5,000.00 – R$6,106.03 per month
