




Job Summary: Responsible for controlling the entry and exit of materials and products, ensuring order completeness and inventory accuracy through counting. Key Highlights: 1. Assists in task distribution and monitors operational staff. 2. Analyzes non-conformities and proposes corrective actions to improve services. 3. Supports the team in administrative activities and maintains workplace organization. Responsible for controlling the entry and exit of materials and products at the Operations Center to ensure order completeness and inventory accuracy through product counting, meeting established targets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the coordinator/supervisor in distributing shift tasks, assembling verification teams, and defining third-party teams for loading and unloading, when required. * Distribute tasks and functionally monitor all operational staff at the Distribution Center. * Ensure that vehicles arriving for loading comply with all requirements on the vehicle checklist, in coordination with transport providers. * Analyze non-conformities generated by staff—such as errors in picking, verification, or loading—and propose corrective actions to improve services. * Support other team members in area administrative activities. * Maintain the workplace in suitable condition for product storage and handling, through organization and cleanliness. * Assist in executing inventories, helping with preparation and item counting. * Perform other related and inherent duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. **Desirable:** --------------- * Currently pursuing higher education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** **Schedule**: T3 14:30 \- 22:52 **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
