Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for site visits, information gathering, technical assistance, equipment inspection, and support for projects and customers. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in project development and budgeting 2. Technical assistance on construction sites and customer support 3. Equipment inspection and support in project development * Visit customer construction sites to collect information such as: land type and topography, suitable solution options for each specific need, ceiling height, concrete pouring stages, types of services, number of floors, and other relevant details, to support the development of execution projects, budgets, and commercial proposals; * Provide technical assistance on construction sites, guiding assembly or installation of multidisciplinary engineering projects related to various application solutions, aiming to rationalize work, avoid risks, and optimize outcomes; * Periodically visit customer construction sites according to scheduled planning, monitor progress, and report findings to the company to facilitate project development addressing new requirements; * Inspect equipment and components dispatched to or currently in use at construction sites, verifying defects, damages, or shortages, to inform the company about the need for replacement or reshipment; * Support project development by providing necessary inputs; * Assist in investigating causes of billing discrepancies by analyzing projects, verifying supplied equipment, etc., to resolve customer queries; * Attend to customers, providing information regarding their contracts; * Provide technical support to commercial consultants when required; * Completed Technical Education in Building Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field Desirable: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Experience in project development and budgeting AutoCAD training and advanced Excel skills Driver's License (Category B) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Projects (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
