Job Summary: Professional to monitor and handle operational incidents, minimize losses, and ensure the organization of the pending items department. Key Highlights: 1. Active collaboration in loss prevention Monitor and/or identify operational incidents generated within the Recife Unit's operations, implementing actions to minimize losses (repairs, packaging replacement, customer negotiations, etc.); Receive documentation and goods with incidents from operations, verifying in the system whether the records are correct and whether goods bear incident labels, making any necessary corrections and informing leadership of non-conformities; Handle operational incidents (shortages, overages, misplacements, damages) with originating Units and/or end customers; Inform paying customers and recipients about incident situations, updating the system after each action taken; Monitor first-leg unloading activities and perform incident registration procedures with the freight-paying customer; Initiate indemnification processes within established deadlines; Conduct daily warehouse searches to locate goods (overages, unidentified parcels, items showing signs of tampering, etc.), updating the daily physical inventory balance between units and expanding searches to redelivery partners; Conduct weekly overall physical inventory counts jointly with the operational team; Maintain the pending items department organized; Control damages and overages, reconciling physical stock with system records; Assist in activities of the Loss Prevention Department. **Requirements:** Mandatory => At least 1 year of experience in goods verification; Desirable => Experience in cargo transportation sector and prior work in LOSS PREVENTION.
