




Job Summary: This professional will provide sales support for light-duty automotive parts, handling quotations, after-sales follow-up, document issuance, and team support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in light-duty automotive parts and sales customer service. 2. Full support throughout the sales process, including quotations and after-sales service. 3. Proficiency in computer skills and strong interpersonal communication skills. Proven experience in the light-duty automotive parts sector (passenger vehicles). Responsibilities include handling sales support activities, preparing quotations/orders with insurance companies, managing after-sales service, issuing purchase orders and electronic invoices, warranty processing, supporting portfolio management, and assisting the team with route planning. Ensuring proper operation of sales management tools, computer proficiency, and in-depth knowledge of the automotive parts industry. Adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, verbal fluency, motivation, proactivity, and organizational skills. High school diploma required. Proven experience in this role and within the automotive parts sector. In-depth knowledge of the automotive market, specifically in auto parts, is mandatory. Immediate availability required.
