Come join our family! #### **Daily Responsibilities:** * Ensure the definition of standards and specifications for assets to be acquired; * Record the entry of fixed assets into the company's asset control system for accounting purposes; * Monitor the removal of assets and transfers between departments or disposal when withdrawn, auctioned, or donated, updating the system for accounting; * Prepare monthly reports on the quantity of assets and write-offs due to damages/losses; * Identify assets and their designated users, keeping the inventory updated; * Conduct semi-annual physical inventory of the company's fixed assets and reconcile with accounting records, verifying any shortages, incorrect locations, or misidentification; * Check invoices and compare them against purchase orders, arranging returns or exchanges if errors occur. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting Sciences; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Training courses related to the field; * Experience: 2 to 3 years; * Availability for travel.
