We are currently seeking a **Sales Executive** to join our Commercial team. **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Generate new business and develop your customer portfolio within your area of responsibility. * Manage customer relationships through consultative and close engagement. * Identify customer needs and develop commercial proposals aligned with the company's strategies. * Prospect new customers and develop business in strategic sectors. * Track sales opportunities from initial contact through to closure. * Record, track, and update the sales pipeline in the commercial system (CRM). * Monitor contracts, amendments, and renewals, ensuring compliance with commercial agreements. * Monitor commercial performance indicators (volume, revenue, conversion, and customer retention). * Prepare performance reports and commercial analysis. * Serve as the focal point between customers and internal departments (Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service). * Oversee post\-sales service delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to agreed terms. * Map market trends, competition, and opportunities for differentiation and growth. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields. * **Experience:** In the maritime industry or national and/or international logistics, with knowledge of customs procedures, local and national regulations and practices, institutional relations, public affairs protocols, and familiarity with the Navis system. * **Language:** Advanced English. * **Computer Skills:** Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite. * **Lean Mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving problems at their root, and motivated to make things better every day. **Skills and Competencies** * Ability to manage CRM systems and prepare analytical reports. * Planning and execution of commercial strategies. * Effective communication for negotiations and customer relationship management. * Strategic vision to identify market opportunities and growth potential. * Analytical capability to resolve problems and challenges throughout the sales cycle.
