




Job Summary: We are seeking a Closer to operate at the final stage of the sales funnel, leading strategic negotiations and ensuring the conversion of qualified leads into customers, representing the company’s values. We are looking for a **Closer** to operate at the final stage of the sales funnel, leading strategic negotiations and ensuring the conversion of qualified leads into customers. The professional will be a key driver of the company’s growth, representing our values and delivering high-value solutions to customers. Responsibilities: * Conduct meetings with qualified leads to understand their pain points and needs; * Present customized solutions and generate value during negotiations; * Close contracts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process; * Collaborate with setters and marketing teams to optimize results; * Monitor performance metrics (conversion rate, average deal size, churn, etc.); * Update CRM with negotiation information and history. Requirements (Hard Skills): * Proven experience as a Sales Closer or in commercial closing roles; * Proficiency in consultative selling techniques and SPIN Selling/Inside Sales; * Ability to conduct persuasive online/in-person meetings; * Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills; * Familiarity with CRM systems and the sales funnel.
