Job Summary:
Professional responsible for handling company registration, modification, and dissolution processes, obtaining licenses, and resolving registration and tax-related pending issues.
Key Highlights:
1. Handle company legalization and regularization with competent authorities.
2. Provide support and guidance to clients regarding legal procedures and documentation.
3. Monitor deadlines and status of legalization processes.
* Conduct company registration, modification, and dissolution procedures with competent authorities (Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, Municipal Government, State Tax Authority [SEFAZ], and other entities);
* Prepare, file, and monitor feasibility studies, DBE (Basic Entry Document), and Commercial Registry filings;
* Obtain municipal and state registrations, as well as other necessary licenses for company operations;
* Monitor and resolve registration and tax-related pending issues with public agencies;
* Track deadlines and status of legalization processes, ensuring adherence to established schedules;
* Conduct preliminary feasibility and tax classification assessments based on client business activities;
* Provide support and guidance to clients on legal procedures, required documentation, and regulatory agency requirements;
* Organize and maintain up-to-date corporate and registration documentation;
* Handle issuance and renewal of permits, licenses, and digital certificates;
* Interact with public agencies and digital platforms (REDESIM, e-CAC, Commercial Registries) to monitor processes;
Compensation: R$2.953,00 - R$3.400,00 per month
